All of our Massage Therapists are Registered with the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario.
When you book a massage appointment, your health history will be sent via e-mail to fill out ahead of time. Should you wish to fill out in the spa, please arrive 15 minutes early to not run into your scheduled appointment time. Should you arrive late, you are still required to fill out the health history and this will cut into your appointment time. It is highly recommended to fill out ahead of time. Check your e-mail 24 hours before your scheduled appointment.
Our office will now be accessible to all, if you require a main floor massage room please contact us to schedule your appointment directly so we can make your visit as comfortable as you need. This room will allow access for a wheelchair or walking support.
This room must be confirmed with our front desk when booking.

Consultations
If you require a consultation regarding Massage therapy to see if it is the right treatment course for you, please call the spa to book, consultation fees will apply. If you attend your massage therapy appointment without a prior consultation and, after speaking with your Therapist, it is determined that it is not in your best interest to treat you, you may be charged a consultation fee. Consultations usually require 30 minutes. Fee's start from $35 for 30 minutes. (Required time is based on health history)
